The terms that apply to purchases of digital licenses and activation services on BOBPLAYER.TV.
1. Scope of service
BOBPLAYER.TV is an independent reseller platform selling digital licenses, activation services and authorized digital activation codes for supported media player applications.
No TV channels, playlists, movies, sports content, streaming subscriptions or other copyrighted media are supplied with any purchase.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate device information at checkout. Incorrect information may delay or prevent activation.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any media sources they use with an activated application are legal and properly licensed.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Activation may be processed automatically through an authorized integration or manually by our team.
Digital activation codes are revealed in the customer account only after payment confirmation.
4. Limitations
License conditions, device limits and device change policies depend on the selected application and plan.
We may refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or that violates these terms.
