Refund Policy

Digital products

Licenses, activation services and activation codes are digital products. Once an activation has been completed or a code has been revealed, the sale is generally final.

When we issue refunds

If an activation cannot be completed for technical reasons attributable to us, or if a duplicate payment was taken, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

Refund requests must include the order number and a description of the issue.

What is not refundable

Incorrect device information supplied by the customer, expectations of media content (which is never included), or change of mind after successful activation.
